Warung Kejora

Warung Kejora (it means Venus – know as the Rising Star) – offers covered, garden and poolside dining from 10 until 10, with the roofgarden open in the cool of the evening. We offer a wide range of good indonesian fusion food, international classics, snacks, and drinks. We enjoy presenting a wide range – something for everyone including Vegetarian and Vegan options using Tofu and Tempe (e.g. in Burgers).

Residents of Batu Ampar Menjangan take their complimentary set breakfast Warung Kejora , with a great choice of very healthy natural muesli, eggs done in any way you like with sausage and bacon if you desire, french toast , french crepes, or traditional fried rice or noodles….Breakfast comes with selected Twinings tea, or Italian Coffee such as Cappuccino etc , fruit juice, homemade toast with butter and imported jam, and sliced fruit.

WE USED TO BE CALLED BANANALEAF – THAT WHY THE REVIEW ARE ABOUT BANANALEAF! BUT NOTHING CHANGED – IN FACT WE GOT BETTER

We had food at the Bananaleaf several times whilst staying at the Mimpi Resort Menjangan. The service was great, the food was excellent and inexpensive, highly recommended if you're staying in the neighbourhood.

Just finished dinner here. Pumpkin soup appetizer very tasty. Fish and chips a very large portion with very nice crispy chips. Finished with crepe (2). Extremely satisfied with both the quality and price of the food and drinks

Well thought out menu, Indonesian and Western cuisine, very well priced. Great service, good bar, nicely set out, just like an expensive resort but with out the price tag. Highly recommend the fish and chips, a variation, that is the equal of anywhere. I guarantee you won't leave hungry.

What an amazing find ...we loved this restaurant, the place was relaxing and beautifully set out, the food was fresh and delicious and the staff were gorgeous, This was so much better than the overpriced stupid buffet meal at our hotel across the road. Warung Kejora has a Restaurant, bar and lounge area which opens out onto the pool, for outside drinking / dining at the bar, or seated, or on the outdoor area in the lawns. The bar serves cold beer, long drinks and cocktails as well as snacks in a basket,, while the Warung serves Local and International meals.

We have Indonesian soups/stews like Soto Makassar (beef stew) or Soto Banjar (chicken soup), packed with complex spices, served with rice parcels steamed in bananaleaf, sambal and Lime to taste; Asian/fusion dishes, international classics like burgers or battered fish with our own special chips; or different Pasta dishes and so much more.

We have a selection of imported and local beers available – fresh fruit juices are a must – and water is free.

We serve real cappuccino, espresso, latte etc, made with locally grown and roasted Arabica beans from Pupuan: We also have Cofee specialities, with different flavours of Italien Frappes. as well as traditional Bali Coffee, and Twinings selections of Teas, from English Breakfast to Jasmine, Earl grey , etc.

As seen by our glowing reports on Tripadvisor, our prices are also very reasonable; in fact, for the quality, none around here come near. We are renowned for having more satisfiued guests that the Hotel restaurants around us, with prices much less than theirs.
